BusinessFlow CONNECTED consists of three main elements to keep on top of sub contracors
and the workload assigned to them: the main BusinessFlow program where jobs are
managed in real time: keeping everyone informed and up to date. A customer web portal
allowing customers and sub contractors to log in and share / upload files and information
e.g. invoices And finally a mobile application for your own in house engineers to
complete jobs sheets and provide job updates.
Sub contractor Management:
If you work in a business that regularly uses sub contractors then having a system
to select, record and manage sub contractor jobs will save time and
tie all job aspects together. BusinessFlow has built in features to aid the selection,
management and control of those sub contractors: allows you to select from previously
used sub contractors and issue safety risk assessments straight from the software.

Managing Subcontractor Information:
It is important to keep a record of all details of subcontractors, BusinessFlow
Online provides an online database of sub contractor information: name, address,
email, notes, rates etc. sub contractors are also categorised by postcode areas
which they cover as well as their main skill sets. This allows you to easily search
for and select previously used sub contractors.
Sub Contractor Resource Planning:
Each job can be assigned to a sub contractor and the agreed appointment date or
SLA can be displayed in the resource and planning calendar. The calendar shows in
house employees and sub contractors who have work scheduled and gives a complete
overview of all scheduled jobs for the day or week depending upon the calendar view
selected.
Client Web Portal:
Your facility management clients are assigned login accounts and passwords to allow
them access to your customer web portal. The portal is a great addition to our BusinessFlow
facilities management software. Customer can see 'real time' the status
of any job, access invoices and job details, Request quotations and place orders
all of which are automatically entered into BusinessFlow saving time and increasing
accuracy. Customers also have access to view all job associated files (e.g. quotations,
invoices, drawings, safety sheets etc.) and upload their document as well.
