BusinessFlow PRO 5.0 is a Job/Enquiry management tool for single and multi-user companies.
This help file is designed as both a course in using BusinessFlow PRO and PLUS versions and as an ongoing reference while you are working with the program.
BusinessFlow - PRO
This version includes the core workflow module which which organises the front end of your business - it links your Enquiries to Estimates to Job Sheets to Invoices and Received Payments. There's also a host of features for managing jobs like tracking the status of each job, job appointments, and linking photos and documents to jobs. BusinessFlow is simple to use and many of the features and options can be configured to suit the way your business operates
BusinessFlow - PLUS
Includes all the functionality of the PRO version and includes the following modules:
- PurchaseFlow: Records company expenses and payments
- Banking: Tracks bank & credit card transactions, and reconciles those accounts
- Analysis: Generate reports and company books for your accountant's use
