BusinessFlow can have an unlimited amount of users, however, only a certain number of users can log in at any one time. This is dependant upon the number of licenses in your subscription / purchase.
Users can be added and existing user names / passwords changed. This is managed using the "manager panel". The manager panel is accessed using the account name "manager" and password "mg" (unless you already changed it). Details on how to add or change users are as follows:

| 1.2. | Select the "System / Set Passwords" option |
| 1.3. | Select the user which requires the changes made |
