Job Alerts & reminders

1.Setting a New Alert/Reminder:

 

Alerts and reminders can be set for any job. Open the 'Job Edit' screen and click on the "Set Alert" button:

After setting an alert the image will show a green tick on the bottom right of the image.

When the 'Set Alert' button has been clicked the "Add Alert" screen is displayed. Adding a new alert is very simple:

i)Select an existing alerts or type a new one
ii)enter the date for the alert / reminder to occur
iii)choose who to give the alert to
iv)Click the "Add" button to set the alert

2.Viewing and Printing Alerts / Reminders

 

Alerts are viewed using the 'Action Tracker'. From the 'Job Edit' Screen, click on the 'Action Tracker' button

The Action Tracker screen will open. From here you can view all upcoming alerts by selecting actions from "Recurring Alerts".

All alerts will be displayed in the grid.

 

Use the print option at the bottom left of the screen to print everything currently showing in the grid:
