| 1. | There are a number of ways to obtain the installation: |
| 1.1. | The most common is to download from the internet after receiving a link contained in an email |
| 1.2. | CD |
| 2. | Download (or copy) the installation file to your desktop or a folder where you can easily locate it. |
| 3. | Locate the file you downloaded (or copied) and double click it to begin the installation |
| 4. | The following series of screens will appear. Follow the instructions: |

You will see the following screen once the installation has completed successfully
