All information is exported to Word templates in order to produce Estimates. Invoices and Job sheets.

 

Within each Word template there are hidden Bookmarks. Each Bookmark has a unique name and position within the document which BusinessFlow uses to export information to e.g.

 

The Bookmark name "oCompany" is used as the position to export your business company name to.

 

A complete list of Bookmark names and their function are available to BusinessFlow Subscribers. You can then fully configure the templates. There's a different set of bookmarks for each template type.
