Document footers

BusinessFlow Invoices and quotations have two footer lines that can be changed to suit your business needs.

 

Each footer can be turned "on" or "off" and the wording changed

 

When the changes have been made click on the "save footer text" to save the changes.

Note:

There is often a legal requirement for a company to display certain information about their company on official documentation.

 

For example in the UK a limited company must show their registered office address, company number and where the company is incorporated. Also if registered for VAT the VAT registration number must also be shown. This is not an exhaustive list and it is your responsibility to ensure that the documentation produced by BusinessFlow meets the legal requirements of your country.
