Create a quotation / estimate

1. A  Quotation / Estimate can be created and printed after completing some basic information. Although which fields are required will depend on how you issue your quotations / estimates. Below we have given an idea of common things that many companies use:
1.1. Enter general quotation comments for the customer.
1.2. Enter the reference information for the Job (these field title can be changed to suit your business).
1.3. Add all the materials and labour required for the job (you have a choice whether to print an itemised list of items of leave the items out and just show the summary text.
1.4. Finally select the "print" button at the bottom of the form and click on the "Print Job Sheet" option.
1.5. BusinessFlow will export the relevant information to your Word template ready to check & print.

Note:

You can also print any document (invoice, quote, jobsheet etc) using the "Print Centre" area.
