| 1. | A Quotation / Estimate can be created and printed after completing some basic information. Although which fields are required will depend on how you issue your quotations / estimates. Below we have given an idea of common things that many companies use: |
| 1.1. | Enter general quotation comments for the customer. |
| 1.2. | Enter the reference information for the Job (these field title can be changed to suit your business). |
| 1.3. | Add all the materials and labour required for the job (you have a choice whether to print an itemised list of items of leave the items out and just show the summary text. |
| 1.4. | Finally select the "print" button at the bottom of the form and click on the "Print Job Sheet" option. |
| 1.5. | BusinessFlow will export the relevant information to your Word template ready to check & print. |

Note:
You can also print any document (invoice, quote, jobsheet etc) using the "Print Centre" area.
