| 1. | A Job Sheet can be created and printed after completing some basic information. Although which fields are required will depend on how you use the jobsheet. Below we have given an idea of common things that many companies use: |
| 1.1. | Enter general job sheet comments for use by the engineer / employee. |
| 1.2. | Often the site address is different to the invoice address and in this case can be entered here or alternatively left blank. |
| 1.3. | Enter the reference information for the Job (these field title can be changed to suit your business). |
| 1.4. | You can optionally use the appointment section to assign people and times. The appointment date/time and person assigned will also be printed on the jobsheet. |
| 1.5. | Finally select the "print" button at the bottom of the form and click on the "Print Job Sheet" option. |
| 1.6. | BusinessFlow will export the relevant information to your Word template ready to check & print. |

Note:
You can also print any document (invoice, quote, jobsheet etc) using the "Print Centre" area.
