Materials and labour (Parts) can be added to the database in one of two ways:
| 1. | using the "parts Management" screen |
| 2. | Automatically having the "Job Edit" form add them as you enter them on the Job |
First we use the "Parts Management" screen as follows;

| 1. | Click on the "Parts Management" button |
| 2.1. | Click the "Add" button |
| 2.2. | Complete the required information (category, description, sales price) |
| 3. | To Edit an existing item |
| 3.1. | Click on the grey cell next to the item requiring to be changed |
| 3.2. | Click the "Edit" button |
| 3.3. | Make the required changes |
| 3.4. | Click the "Save" button |
| 4. | To delete an item (note: can only delete if its not been used in a job) |
| 4.1. | Click on the grey cell next to the item requiring to be deleted |
| 4.2. | Click the "Delete" button |
