^  What Computer do I need to run Business Flow? 
to run BusinessFlow you need a PC running Windows XP or Vista and Microsoft® Word to produce and print the various pieces of stationery (quotations, job sheets, invoices and statements) and Microsoft® Excel 2002/3 to produce end of year reports.

^ How long does it take to setup?
After you download and install BusinessFlow, it will automatically set-up the options you selected whilst online - the process will take less than a few minutes and leaves you ready to run.

For PREMIUM subscription customers we also offer a bespoke design service for job sheets, quotations and invoices. As well as 1:1 assistance in installation and set-up.

^ What training do I need?
Training is FREE and available at anytime you are at your computer night or day 7/24. There are help buttons on every page whilst using BusinessFlow which takes you to the online help pages for the section you are working on.

We have a QUICK START video section specifically to get you going fast and if it's more detail required then we cover virtually every aspect of using BusinessFlow in the INDEX or HOW DO I sections.

If you still feel you need for extra support and training, then we offer our PREMIUM subscription service we we can offer 1:1 remote assisted installation, set-up and training.

^ What happens if I have a problem?
In the first instance you can access our wide range of help pages and online training videos. Secondly our FREE support gives you on-going email assistance, and for Premium subscriptions we also have available phone support* and if required remote desktop support* via the internet with a BusinessFlow engineer - ask any amount of questions and as frequently as required.

*If you need that extra peace of mind then we offer our PREMIUM subscription service where - available Mon - Fri, 9a.m. till 5 p.m except public holidays – whatever your problem, you get the support you need.

^ What if my business isn’t like other businesses?
We offer a Customising service for businesses that are non-standard or have particular requirements of their administration software. Talk to us about your needs and we’ll price a custom built solution with no obligation.

^ If I download the free trial how do I get the full version?
When you choose the 30 day Free trial we don't put any restrictions on the software, so you immediately have the full working version, and have access to the FREE support and training materials. However, if you decide not to continue the subscription, then BusinesFlow will cease working after 30 days.

^ How do I install BusinessFlow
We have worked hard to ensure the installation is as easy as possible. That's why during the online process you will enter some basic company information, select your preferred document layouts and once the installation program has been downloaded and installed - the program is immediately ready to run - It's that easy.

^ How do I get BusinessFlow
BusisnessFlow is only available online. By choosing the FREE 30 day trial or one of the other subscription choices you can easily complete the online process and download the installation program.

^ How do I enter all my company information onto BusinessFlow
The basic set-up is completed during the online process which enables the instalation program to configure BusinessFlow ready for use - It's that easy. When completing the online process you answer a few basic questions and select your preferred job sheets, invoice and quotation layouts.

For further set-up and configuration then the BusinessFlow 'Manager panel' enables a wide range of customisation options - ready built in without any further charges.

^ What if I do not wish to continue using BusinessFlow
The first month is a FREE 'test drive' for you to get familiar with the full range of features. However, should you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so at anytime within the first month or after that at anytime giving one months notice.

^ Do I have to pay for support
NO - whilst you have a valid subscription for any of our services support as described is always FREE.
