BusinessFlow - Connected consists of three main products which
together provide a powerful, off the shelf solution to the majority of service company
requirements. The three products are:

BusinessFlow - Online:this is the heart of the system. A small program
is installed on each internet connected windows based PC. Full functionality is
then available from your chosen locations (e.g. local office, remote sites, and
even another country). BusinessFlow – Online can be used as a standalone program
or in conjunction with the mobile and customer web portal options.

BusinessFlow - Customer Web Portal: you decide which reports and data
you want to share (e.g. status, job sheets, risk assessments, invoices). Customers
are given unique logins and can only access their own information.

BusinessFlow - Mobile:built for Windows mobile phones it allows engineers
to access the details of the latest jobs assigned to them, enter job sheet data,
view reports and synchronise with the main database.

All three elements are linked to the same webbased MSSQL database and file storage
area which provides a very flexible and cost effective solution for automating your
business processes.

design and build times are kept to a minimum by using BusinessFlow as the foundation
for the development. And by using BusinessFlow as the foundation also ensures that
you will continue to benefit from future BusinessFlow product improvements and upgrades.
Each of the three products are provided separately. Customers can choose between
BusinessFlow - online which runs as a standalone product or customers can choose
to run the BusinessFlow - online with the remote and/or the customer web portal.
Customers can upgrade to the remote and web portal at a later date.
How Do I Get BusinessFlow And What Will It Cost?
You can try BusinessFlow for a short time as a demonstration to make sure it is
suitable for your business. Simply call or Email us and we’ll configure your own
database to test drive.
BusinessFlow monthly subscription starts with a low monthly payment depending on
the options chosen with no large upfront payment. Alternatively the licence can
be supplied with a one off payment, if preferred.
- Monthly subscription: This approach
is often preferred by customers who want a known monthly amount as an operating
expense. This is a very cost effective way to implement the software and includes
free phone, email and remote support, along with free updates. Depending on the
options chosen there may be a small set-up fee.
- Bought outright: one payment followed
by an optional annual subscription for support and updates
