BusinessFlow Solar (ONLINE) allows all employees wherever they are to enter and update all aspects of their work. BusinessFlow connects to the database and file server wherever you are located with your PC and an internet connection.

BusinessFlow - Online is a program installed on one or more windows based PC’s and gives full program functionality depending on the users account. Business information and jobs can be accessed and updated by employees wherever they are based (e.g. office, remote office, home etc.) as long as they have an internet connected PC.


BusinessFlow Online is a single program that links all business processes from:
Sales leads >> jobs >> quotes >> job sheets >> job and action tracking >> invoices >> payments.

Customer Database Comprehensive details of customers are stored and available for reuse in new jobs or exported for mailing lists etc.

Site Addresses Previously used customer site addresses can be searched and selected for new jobs.
Supplier Database Supplier database for purchase orders.
Sub-Contractor
Database
Subcontractors  are assigned postcode areas, along with their skill sets, and this forms a fully searchable database for selection & use on any job.

Database & Price list
Materials and labour items can be added along with a price list which is easily selected and assigned to jobs.

Management
There’s a complete set of templates for standard business (quotation, job sheet, invoice) all of which can be fully customised to your layouts. Additional templates can be created (e.g.  a second or third style of job sheet).
Job Status Each job can be assigned one of multiple statuses’ which are fully editable and an unlimited amount can be created.
Time Tracking /
Time Sheets
You can easily record each person’s hours against the job and report on how many hours are remaining and by which type / person.
Actions tracker per job There’s a comprehensive notes and action tracking system built in. Record notes attached to specific jobs, assign a responsible person and set task alerts.
Document File Store Any document (e.g. quotation, invoice or job sheet) can be saved in the document store (as word or PDF) and any other file (e.g. an image, excel  sheet etc.) can also be stored against the job. This has been invaluable for some customer saving before and after photos, scanned designs and even scanned fabric samples.
Asset Management Customer assets (e.g. production equipment, vehicles, motors, gearboxes etc) can be recorded and categorised by description, location, serial number etc. and these assets can be assigned future jobs on  the built in calendar (e.g. planned maintenance or site visits and inspections).
Manpower and job Jobs can be scheduled for future dates with advanced warnings and ability to assign to employees. Calendar views by customer and employee. Prevents double booking of employees’ time.
Email documents

Emails can be created from within BusinessFlow, easily able to attached any of the documents contained in the document file store and select from the user defined standard text feature.
