Company Overview:

Infotek Software Ltd was founded in 2004 by Rose Stevens(MSc) and joined shortly after by Phil Craddock (MBA) later in 2005 after a chance meeting at a local business seminar. Rose is a passionate web and desktop programmer and has a vast experience having worked for several large software companies.  Phil also has a technical background and has worked in senior positions for multinational companies where the art of developing leading edge business processes and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction was critical.

Working together seemed a natural step to take, both bringing complimentary skills and a passion for developing first class time saving business software and our focus on customer satisfaction. Starting with just a few customers we have developed a range of leading edge business software and expanded to customers in a range of industries.

Our Approach to Product Quality and Customer Service :

Product Quality:.We strieve to be the preferred supplier/supplier of choice to small companies for business process software. To achieve this we have a program of continuous improvement driven by customer feedback and a program of technical innovation. We actively encourage feedback and engage with customers where ever possible. All product improvements are provided free as part of our subscription service.

Customer Service: During normal business hours, requests for product support or service support are typically responded to within an hour (if not immediately where ever possible). We also realise that businesses work beyond the normal 9-5, Mon-Fri business times and we therefore operate a 'rota system' to ensure we can respond at weekends and evenings if required.
