Invoices are produced at the click of a button and each invoice has it's own unique sequential invoice number. You can use the standard invoice templates that come with BusinessFlow software or you can change it or design your own template using Microsoft Word. Each job can have multiple invoices (e.g. deposit invoice and final balance invoice) or alternatively you can create a single invoice for the whole job.
